By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
We provide private chauffeur services, airport transfers, and custom travel arrangements in Hokkaido, Japan.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Payment methods and conditions will be specified at the time of booking.
Full payment may be required on or before the service date.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be applied in accordance with our Cancellation Policy based on the Standard Terms and Conditions of Travel Agency Business in Japan.
4. Changes and Modifications
Any changes to the itinerary may result in additional charges depending on time, distance, and availability.
5. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
Delays caused by passengers may result in shortened service time or additional charges.
7. Vehicle and Capacity
Our vehicle capacity is limited.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage size and quantity are within the acceptable limits communicated at the time of booking.
8. Liability
We strive to provide safe and comfortable services.
However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
