Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is based on the Standard Terms and Conditions of Travel Agency Business approved by the Japan Tourism Agency.
The following cancellation fees shall apply as a general guideline:
– Cancellation made 7 days or more prior to the service date: No cancellation fee will be charged.
– Cancellation made between 6 days and 2 days prior to the service date: Up to 30% of the total service fee may be charged.
– Cancellation made on the day before the service date: Up to 50% of the total service fee may be charged.
– Cancellation made on the day of service or in case of no-show: 100% of the total service fee will be charged.
Please note that cancellation fees may vary depending on the specific arrangements, reservations, or conditions required for your booking.
In some cases, actual expenses such as cancellation charges imposed by third-party suppliers (e.g. parking, facilities, or special arrangements) may also be charged.
All cancellation terms will be clearly explained and confirmed at the time of booking.
